The effects of sport after 2 to 3 weeks of exercise
It's difficult or even impossible to concretely measure the effects of exercise after just 2 to 3 weeks. It is often after a short period of time that those with the least motivation tend to give up. Big mistake: 3 weeks is how long it takes to change habits and form new ones. So there is a pivotal moment: be patient, and stick at it!
Even if your body doesn't immediately show the results of your fitness training, the positive effects will be evident in many other ways: have you noticed that you get angry less easily? That you're less out of breath after climbing those dreaded stairs? Or that your self-confidence is growing? These are also the positive effects of sport.
