WHAT IS IT?
The gymball, also known as the Fitball is highly popular in fitness clubs, but originally, it was designed for physiotherapists. It is a postural sport, that strengthens your muscles without you even noticing! It consists in exercises using a large ball, which requires concentration and good balance. During a session you can enjoy a full body workout: arms, shoulders, back, thighs, buttocks, chest, and last but not least, abs. You will stretch, learn postures, increase your strength and have fun.
