Which weight is right for you?
The weight depends on the exercises being done. The lower-body muscles are more powerful than the upper-body muscles. You can therefore use heavier weights for your squats and lunges (from 1.5kg).
What exercises can you do?
Don't know which exercise to start with, or how to get your posture right? Take a look at the domyos.com website. Our design team and qualified sports coaches have developed a coaching service to guide you. There are a dozen free videos with exercises you can do with your weights.
Static vs dynamic exercises: what's the difference?
During dynamic exercises, use the weights for wrists and ankles. With these practical, flexible weights, you can do hip extensions without worrying about the weight as it's already on your ankle. For static exercises, sand discs are recommended. They aim to intensify exercises such as planks. The texture and shape allow you to do your exercises safely.

    Excelente ejercicios para embarazadas

    Compré el disco para mí nuera, en estado actualmente, que siempre ha hecho ejercicio.
    Ya que estos quedaron limitado temporalmente se entretiene "jugando" con el disco, pasándolo de manos, elevándolo, recogiéndolo con el pie, elevando rodillas.
    Tiene infinidades mas de utilidad que las descritas.
