Care instructions
Wipe any perspiration off your product after each workout. Regularly check that screws and bolts are properly tightened and that the running belt is positioned correctly and set at the right tension (see the treadmill's instruction manual). We also recommended lubricating the treadmill to avoid friction between the running belt and the deck. Only use treadmill lubricant (100% silicone).

Walking or running is ideal for getting fit, maintaining your physical fitness level, slimming your figure or improving your cardiovascular capabilities. Having a treadmill helps you more easily incorporate your workouts into your daily schedule. To keep fit, the WHO recommends doing this activity regularly and at a moderate pace (slight perspiration, you should be able to hold a conversation while exercising): 22 min/day.
The console on the Comfort Run treadmill displays the main functions which are needed for running: duration, distance, estimated calories burned, current speed. The Comfort Run treadmill is also equipped with: - Grip sensors to estimate your heart rate - Speakers with a line-in jack (3.5 mm) to add rhythm to your sessions - Speed and incline shortcuts to make it easy to do interval training
The Comfort Run treadmill has 16 pre-set programmes to add variety to your sessions: - 8 "performance" interval workout type programmes - 8 "weight loss" programmes for burning calories Details of these programmes are found in the treadmill user guide as well as on the domyos.com site under After Sales Services.
The 2.25 hp continuous duty motor is designed to match the technical characteristics of your treadmill in order to guarantee a fluid running experience. The maximum user weight is 130 kg.
The "Domyos Soft Impact" cushioning system on the Comfort Run treadmill, as well as the choice of deck, provides a soft landing that reduces the impact on the joints. Rubber pieces placed between the wood deck and the metal frame cushions shocks while ensuring good rebound while running.
The Comfort Run treadmill has been measured at 68 dB at a speed of 10 km/h without a user. To reduce noise from vibrations during your training sessions we recommend placing a "Training Mat" floor mat under your treadmill.
The Comfort Run treadmill can be folded up vertically to make it easy to store. Two wheels under the treadmill make it easy to move it around when needed. A locking mechanism allows you to fold and unfold your treadmill easily and safely, reducing the risk of impact on your flooring.

reasonably easy to put together supplied wth a continental plug.

Good treadmill, but not used that much yet as we're having to use travel plug. Why was this delivered to UK yet supplied with continental plug? Ordered a cross trainer at the same time and we have the same problem, continental plug again.

    Just bought it yesterday
So far so great!! none at the minute

Built it with my 17 year old daughter. Took more than 40 minutes but still very easy to understand directions. Very good service from staff in Decathlon. Have used it twice and very happy with product. I said to staff that negatives on the site was only the EU plug and he even helped me with that.
