How do you choose a Swiss Ball during pregnancy?
You're expecting a little bundle of joy, but which Swiss ball should you choose?
You will need different ball sizes as your pregnancy progresses and you gain weight
As a safety precaution, and so that you don't have to buy multiple balls, we recommend choosing a ball that is one size bigger than you would normally need
It is essential that you follow the safety instructions to the letter so that you remain safe and your ball remains puncture resistant
How to safely inflate your Swiss ball
We recommend using a pump, which is sold separately
Before inflating your ball, leave it at room temperature (20°C) for 24 hours
Inflate the ball slowly so it does not get damaged
Inflate the ball to 2/3 of its max size, at a temperature of between 20°C and 25°C max, then wait 2-3 hours
Finish inflating it to the desired size but do not go over the maximum size
Leave the ball for 24 hours before using it and check the size and adjust it if necessary
Inflating your Swiss ball to the right size
Inflate your ball
Remove the pump's nozzle from the hole
Plug the hole with your finger, with the stopper in your other hand
Sit on the ball and adjust the size, then put the stopper in the hole
Intended for:
Pilates - when sitting on the ball, your knees should be bent at 90° and should be the same height as your hips or slightly higher
How to make sure it won't burst
Our balls are puncture resistant so that they won't suddenly burst as you use them
If it does get punctured, your ball will deflate slowly
To work:
The ball's surface should not have any scratches or rub marks
The floor should be clean and empty of any sharp/pointy objects
You must follow the use restrictions, inflation instructions, storage instructions and maintenance advice, and not exceed the maximum size

Es muy adherente, y gracias a las asas puedes realizar tanto ejercicios de brazos y piernas, como utilizar solo la pelota y hacer otros completamente diferentes, como por ejemplo más abdominal.
