      Ankle/wrist weights

      Very soft and comfortable to wear.
      Very stong material, unlike others i have tried, i bought some from another shop in the past and the material split open and the beads fell out and i only used them about 4 times. But these ones from Decathlon are so strong.
      Lots of room for adjustment, whether you have small wrists/ankles or large wrists/ankles they will fit.
      Love the colour.
      Weight is distrubuted nicely.
      Nothing negative :)
