Pilates ring is excellent for working in class environment or 1-1 or individually. So much variety using it in class. Loads positive feedback from class.
Could do with maybe small manual or leaflet enclosed with Pilates ring for workouts etc to be used for clients giving examples of what individuals can do with ring. -
