
Protein-rich recipe: Vanilla protein custard pot
- This simple protein-rich dessert is the perfect way to round off a meal.
• 4 egg whites
• 1 egg
• 500 ml milk
• 60 g vanilla whey protein
• stevia

The high protein content provides 24 g of protein per shake. Ideal for weight trainers who work out regularly and want to increase and/or maintain muscle mass.
• Blend all the ingredients in your blender
• Pour the mixture into ramekins
• Heat in your oven in a bain marie at 150°C for 30 minutes
• Remove from the oven and leave to cool
• Refrigerate your custard pots for 4-5 hours until they set
