
Protein-rich recipe: protein-rich French toast
- Delicious and easy to make, it's ideal for breakfast or as a snack.
• 2 slices of multigrain bread
• 2 egg whites
• 3/4 serving of vanilla protein
• milk • pinch of ground cinnamon
• a little sunflower oil

• Put the egg whites and vanilla protein in a bowl. Whisk together.
• Whisk in the milk a dash at a time until the mixture is a creamy consistency
• Pour the mixture into a soup bowl
• Heat a frying pan with a little oil in it
• Dunk the slices of bread in the mixture and turn over several times until well coated
• Place them in the hot pan and fry for 2 minutes on each side or until golden
• Sprinkle the cinnamon over the top and eat warm!
