
Protein-rich recipe: Protein madeleines
- Protein-rich little biscuits to snack on
• 2 tbsp plain flour
• 1 tbsp cornflour
• 2 tbsp vanilla whey protein
• ½ tsp baking powder • a pinch of salt
• 1 tsp butter
• 1 tbsp almond milk
• 1 egg
• grated zest of 1 lemon

• Preheat the oven to 230°C
• Mix the plain flour, cornflour and vanilla protein powder together, then stir in the baking powder and salt
• Beat in the egg, butter and almond milk
• Add the lemon zest to the mixture
• Dust your madeleine tray or biscuit mould with flour
• Bake your madeleines for 15 minutes
