What are the benefits of the MS120 mini stepper?
Slim your figure at home by pairing strength work with cardio. The MS120 stepper uses your abs and lower body muscles (glutes, thighs, calves, etc.) for a thorough all-round workout. Our designers have developed this easy-to-use stepper to be easy and intuitive to use. The handlebars can be adjusted according to your height to achieve an upright position.
How to use your mini stepper
With the MS120 stepper, you use all of your muscular and cardiovascular systems at the same time. The more workouts you do, the better your breathing and coordination will be. Kick off your workout with a 3- to 5-minute warm-up. Next, spend around 20 to 30 minutes working your muscles. After this, cool down gradually and then do a few stretches to increase your muscle flexibility and avoid injury.
Go even further by adding difficulty...
If you want to give your core and abs an even more thorough workout, you can twist your hips with each step. This requires extra effort but will give you a more all-round workout.
Use the counter and the 4 trackers!
You can track the progress of your session and your performances by looking at how many reps you've done, how long it is since you started, the pace you're going at, and how many calories you've burned since the start of your workout. You can then analyse these indicators to see how much you improve from one session to the next!
Moving and storing the MS120 mini stepper
It is so small and compact that you can easily move it from one room to another. At the end of your workout, you can tuck it away almost anywhere.

Happy stepping in front of the TV!
Very easy to use and quiet enough to exercise in front of the TV. Pretty small to store away, although it would be nice if it was a bit more collapsible. The onboard display is basic and small to read, but seems to tally up with my Fitbit.

Výrobek STEPPER MS120 je výborný.
STEPPER MS120 splnil moje očekávání. Nezabere moc místa, což jsem do malého bytu potřebovala. Displej je přehledný, snadno se ovládá. Skvěle se cvičí, baví to i malou dceru.

Hält nicht lange
Nach einem halben Jahr ist etwas im Gerät gebrochen. Die Pedale bewegen sich nur noch ganz wenig und Schritte werden nicht mehr aufgezeichnet. Schrittzähler hat Wackelkontakt.
