The choice of colour largely depends on what your tastes are and does not affect your comfort. Do you like being stylish when going to the gym? Treat yourself and opt for a flashy sweatshirt. ~A little tip, avoid light colours (pink or light grey), which tend to show sweat patches. Not very glamorous! If you wear your sweatshirt when training, go with a black, navy blue, khaki or burgundy coloured basic sweatshirt.

You will be more at ease when lying down on your mat, running or jumping during your HIIT session. It's also more practical if you are working out with a weight training bar and you place it on your shoulders If you really need to have coverage when working out, you can also go with a more lightweight model, but better suited, such as the sports jacket.
