SPORTS SHORTS MATERIAL

To avoid feeling uncomfortable during training, the first step is to properly choose the fabric of your women's or men's sports shorts. You'll generally have the choice between two materials:~- Cotton: mainly used in shorts for low-intensity strength training such as yoga, stretching or Pilates. This material provides flexibility to easily follow through postures, softness and moderate warmth during your sessions.~Polyester: make this material your first choice for your high-intensity sessions such as weight training, fitness and cross-training. It is breathable, quick-drying after washing and keeps you really dry during the session.

These fabrics are often combined with elastane to provide the garment with extra flexibility and stretch. So there is nothing to worry about when doing your squats and lunges, there is no risk of your shorts splitting!

Advice: whatever the material, wash your sports shorts on delicate washing cycle, at 40 °C. Do not use bleaching products and avoid ironing them because it risks ruining the fabric's fibres.

SHORTS COLOUR

Are you more the classic style type? Opt for more for neutral, "all-purpose" colours that you can easily combine with a colourful t-shirt. We are thinking here of black shorts, a must-have in the sports' locker! You also find more colourful models (neon yellow and grey for women, for example) or more original motifs for a trendy look.
