TIPS TO INCREASE YOUR CROSS TRAINER'S STABILITY
For optimal comfort, we recommend placing specially designed floor pads under your cross trainer (DF 920 floor pads). These foam pads will help to: optimise the stability of the product when in use, reduce vibrations and noise and protect your floor.

TIPS FOR MOVING YOUR CROSS TRAINER
Your cross trainer is equipped with roller wheels at the front. To move it, stand facing the front of it. Block the bike with your foot while pushing down on the handlebar to tilt it onto its roller wheels. Gently push it forward in the desired direction.

Elliptical trainer
Great all weather bike. Watch the rain outside from your home when exercising. Just ride it for 2 minutes until your upper legs ache. No need for monitor or apps. Just do it.

Very unsatisfied so far
I am at my second device in 2 days, the HR monitor is just a joke. It shows random reading without being touched making it useless. This a selling point that will not work. I am sure that the bike was put together right as all the other features work on it. Looking forward for a reply or it will go back were it came from. I would appreciate a fast solution in that reply. The one i got here costed me another 2 hours, putting the second device together, caring it up and down.....

Really impressed. Easy to put together. Bolts need tightening now and again to stop it's creaking during use. Plenty of functions. Good way of getting additional exercise

Bicicleta sencilla, cómoda y económica
Bicicleta elíptica ideal para calentar antes de mis entrenamientos.
El movimiento es muy fluido y cómodo, aún y moverse un poco en la pata trasera en los momentos que le doy más dificultad, esto se puede solucionar con una esterilla de espuma.
Su aplicación me va muy bien para registrar los entrenamientos y poder visualizar mi evolución a lo largo de las semanas/meses.
