How to choose the weight training band best suited to your needs
The bands in our range each have a colour that corresponds to their resistance level.
Blue:5 kg // Green: 15 kg // Yellow: 25 kg // Orange: 35 kg // Red: 45 kg // Black: 60 kg
For strength training, start with a light resistance band (5 or 15 kg), then gradually increase the difficulty.
To help you with pull-ups or dips, choose a high resistance. The greater the resistance, the more it'll help you.
