    Our mat is 185 cm long, 61 cm wide and 5 mm thick. It weighs 820 g.
    Choosing your yoga mat
    - Do you have a gentle yoga practice (hatha, restorative, prenatal, nidra, etc.)? Transitions are slower and poses are less physically intense. A mat between 5 and 8 mm thick will provide enough cushioning for your cervical spine and joints. - Do you do dynamic yoga (Ashtanga, vinyasa, Iyengar, hot yoga, Bikram, etc.)? Transitions are fast and the intensity is high. A mat up to 5 mm thick will give you better grip and stability for balance.

    Caring for your mat
    After practising, use our essential oil spray to freshen your mat. To clean your mat, wipe down with warm soapy water and allow to air dry before rolling up.

      Disappointing

      I purchased this mat in store after travelling some distance to the Decathlon store. I wish I had read reviews online before making the journey. I selected this mat out of the selection available in the Wednesbury store based upon it seeming to have a nice grippable surface. Price was not the issue, as none of the mats in store were priced at all. In fact it looked as though there was no order to the display at all. I class myself as practicing gentle yoga but I can't even stand on all fours without my hands slipping away which is very distracting. I am so disappointed as I was really looking forward to working out at home and I am left with a product that is not fit for purpose, or another hours journey back to store to return it. Wish I hadn't bothered!

      Great Yoga mat for training at home

      Very good yoga mat, happy to have a yoga ma I can actually fit on while stretching (185cm)

      Ideální podložka

      Poměr ceny a výkonu je skvělý. Podložka neklouže a je dostatečně dlouhá. Je dodávána spolu s popruhem, s kterým je snadné ji kamkoliv vzít. Podložka má dvě vrstvy, spodní protiskluzová skvěle drží na téměř jakémkoliv povrchu (vyzkoušeno v tělocvičně, doma, ale i venku). Jediné mínus, které bych této podložce dala je prvotní zápach, který může být někomu nepříjemný, každopádně zápach do několika dnů vymizí, takže to není zas takový problém.
