In just one month, this Domyos challenge will help you develop every aspect of your fitness. It is based on the cross-training method, practical training that allows any athlete to rapidly boost their general fitness through a variety of exercises in a given time. High-level athletes use it to resolve their weaknesses and get ready to withstand more intensive training. So make the most of this fun and comprehensive programme that will get you in shape and keep you fit during the off-season!

 

Here's the programme:

  • Week 1: muscular endurance
  • Week 2: cardio
  • Week 3: strength
  • Week 4: explosiveness

 

Each week you will be introduced to 3 new WODs. The aim will be to spread out these 3 training sessions over the course of a week and do 1 of them every other day: Monday = WOD 1, Wednesday = WOD 2, Friday = WOD 3. Obviously, to achieve results, you need to do all three sessions each week.

 

To get you through this fitness challenge, we recommend using the following cross-training accessories. They're intuitive and can be moved about so that you can train wherever you want!
