Bonus challenge n°1: the programme

This bonus challenge is perfect for boosting your cardio and strengthening your lower body. You're going to do 3 fitness exercises as a circuit:

  • side kick jump: 1 minute

  • squat jump: 1 minute

  • crossover reverse lunge: 1 minute
