Why do yoga?
Yoga has its roots in ancient India, and is a discipline that harmonises body and spirit. Regular practice results in wellness of mind and body. It helps your body become more flexible, strong, and toned. It builds self-confidence, relaxes your body, and reduces stress.
Who is dynamic yoga (ashtanga yoga, hot yoga, etc.) for?
Dynamic yoga is perfect for those who want a challenging discipline and/or who already do another sport such as running, scuba diving, surfing etc. that requires a lot of concentration, flexibility, endurance and resistance. Yoga offers significant benefits as an complementary workout, and we're seeing more and more high-level athletes add yoga to their training programmes to improve their performance.
