    Pilates mat or yoga mat?
    For Pilates, you need to be comfortable and isolated from the floor. For yoga however, while you still need a thick mat, the most important thing is grip. This is why we recommend choosing a mat that is suited to the kind of exercise you do.

    To prevent the mat from warping, store it rolled up. Do not stack anything on it.

      Very comfortable and provide a really good support during floor exercises.

      They are especially great for sit ups as the thickness of the mat would help protect your tailbone.

      Esta esterilla es muy agradable, ya que al ser bastante ancha la sensación al tumbarte es muy buena y confortable.
      La hay por tallas según tu altura, lo que también está muy bien.
      El único inconveniente es que pesa bastante.
