Getting together, sharing the same efforts, setting goals, taking time for yourself or debriefing after your cardio training class are the secret ingredients for staying motivated and keeping up your pace. Losing weight, slimming down, getting back into your favourite jeans, staying in shape, or just exerting yourself and having fun... it's up to everyone to define their own reason for working out with the girls. A common goal is even better and easier to track. Ready to start your cardio workouts!

BUY A NEW OUTFIT

Ultimately, it's like going shopping with friends, but working out instead! And when you have a new outfit, that makes you want to work out in it. Choose an outfit you like, with tops and bottoms based on your body type and shoes adapted to your cardio training activity. You'll be the queen of the gym!

TRY OUT A NEW ACTIVITY

Setting resolutions is also a chance to try out a new activity that motivates you, meets your desires, and moves you towards the goals that you set for yourself. Cardio fitness is a trendy physical activity that is constantly innovating. Shake up your routine and change your habits: Hoop, Soulcycle, Pound, Fitboxing… there's something for everyone. No matter the sport you choose, you'll burn calories and do yourself good!

HAVE FUN

Since all efforts deserve a reward, have fun and celebrate with friends! Organise an outing to celebrate your sporting accomplishments. You can be proud of yourself, you've kept to your commitments and been regular. It would be a shame to ruin it all, but have fun and choose whatever you like.
