    How to choose your Pilates mat.
    Do you do dynamic poses or wear shoes when training? Opt for a mat with a protective coating. It better withstands wear. For physio exercises, Pilates and stretching, you need to be comfortable. Opt for a thicker mat with a spongy texture.
    How to store your mat:
    To prevent the mat from warping, store it rolled up. Do not stack anything on it.

      lovely soft and deep mat BUT

      It splits easily so not hard wearing , going to have to return it ...Decathlon tell me how i get a refund or replacement ?
