Always wear protective equipment during training (even low intensity training) to avoid injury. Wearing equipment is just as important for you as it is for your opponent, as most injuries are accidental.
DESIGN
Designed by beginners, for beginners! You'll love how easy it is to put on (meaning you can get ready quickly) and the quality of the materials used: thick EVA foam for protection and a polyester and elastane envelope that's light, durable and wicks away perspiration.The ergonomic shape of the joint between the foot and shin gives you total freedom of movement.
PERSONAL PROTECTION EQUIPMENT
This shin + foot guard is classed as personal protective equipment, meaning that it complies with the current European regulations (standard EN13277-2).
It has been tested and approved by our Outshock team in the lab, and by a panel of users under intense conditions of use.
CHOOSING THE RIGHT SIZE
You should choose your shin + foot guard based on your height:
- 134 cm to 152 cm = XS/S
- 152 cm to 170 cm = S/M
- 170 cm to 188 cm = L/XL
Directions for use
Once you put it on, the protector should be neither too loose nor too tight, and should stay in place as you move about.
Check that it is securely fastened before starting your training.
CARE AND STORAGE
Do not store in a damp place. Leave in a dry, ventilated area to help it dry faster. Do not machine wash. Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Leave to air dry. Avoid exposure to heat and extreme temperatures.

Chránič je nejlevnějsí s takto tvrdou výplní, co jsem kde viděl. používám skoro 2 roky a i při tvrdých low kicks, stále dobře chrání. Uvidíme, jak dlouho vydrží povrch, je totiž dost tenký. Na noze drží poměrně dobře, při řádném utažení se ani nevytáčí, pouze vyjímečně při přebrání hodně spatně mířených bočních kopů od soupeře. Za tucenu bezkonkurenční chránič pro amatéry a začátečníky.
