TIPS FOR MOVING YOUR CROSS TRAINER
Your cross trainer is equipped with transport wheels at the front for easy moving. To move it, stand facing the front of the cross trainer. Block the cross trainer with your foot while pushing down on the handlebars to swing the cross trainer up onto its wheels. Gently push the bike forwards in the desired direction.
FLYWHEEL AND PEDALLING PERFORMANCE
A cross trainer's flywheel affects the smoothness of pedalling. The heavier the flywheel, the smoother the pedalling and the more enjoyable your workout will be.

    Gives you a really good work out None so far

    The only thing really found to be wrong with this item when putting the bike together was the left hand side bolt didn't line up so force had to be applied that's the only thing so far
