Tip #1: breathing and posture
Don't forget that breathing is essential when you run! Remember to breathe in through your nose and exhale through your mouth. While running, keep your shoulders relaxed and your stride as natural as possible.
Tip #2: position your treadmill correctly
To start off right, stand on the side runners before starting the running belt. Start the running belt, and then step onto it. Begin your running session! Make sure you are standing in the middle of the running surface, towards the front.
Tip #3: wear suitable shoes
For your comfort while running, make sure to wear running shoes that are designed for the kind and amount of running you are doing.
Tip #4: fold your treadmill correctly
When folding away your treadmill, take care not to strain your back when lifting the running board up. The correct technique is to squat down, grip the treadmill running board, and lift it while keeping your back as straight as possible, until the treadmill is in a locked position.
Tip #5: place your treadmill on a suitable floor covering
For your comfort, we recommend placing your treadmill on foam floor tiles designed for this purpose. This is especially important on hard floors (parquet, cement slabs, tiles). In the case of the Domyos DF 920, such tiles serve the following purposes: 1/ added stability in use 2/ dampen vibrations and noise while running 3/ protect your floor
Practical tips
Wait at least one hour after eating before starting your training session. Wear suitable clothing; avoid loose garments, wear sport-specific trainers and make sure your laces are tightly tied. Keep a water bottle close at hand, and drink it slowly in small sips.

    Until it broke, it works fine. It has stopped working after 12 months

    We didn't use this running machine every week.
    It has been kept in a clean area and now it's simply stopped working, the display comes on but we can't actually make the treadmill operate.

    Now we have a big issue. Decathlon no longer stock these and of course moving a 94kg running machine isn't easy.

    I'm told they sell a lot of these and haven't had any returns in our store. As such we are getting a replacement TC-07 and fingers crossed it works ok.
