Work out with a cross trainer
The cross trainer should not be confused with the exercise bike. These two cardio training machines are not used in the same way and do not call upon the same muscles.
For a complete workout, choose the cross trainer.
The user uses both the pedals and the handles, which they pull with one arm and push with the other. That way, you work both the lower body muscles (glutes, thighs and calves) with the pedals and the upper body muscles (arms, abdominals, pectorals, shoulders and back) with the handles.
